Preparation and Thermal hydrolysis chemistry of Thin film from Zinc Oxide (ZnO) and studying of the factor which dependent on
Main Article Content
Abstract
Thin films of Zinc oxide was prepared by using thermal chemical hydrolysis and precipitate on glass base at (450 ). Then Physical properties of the prepared thin films was studied as well as of studying of thickness of this films and the factors which dependent on such as ( Temperature degree, Rate of Spray , The time of Spray, The vertical distance of Spray) ,which need to get films with good properties.
