DOPING EFFECT BY (Cu , Zn) ON SOME OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF NANOSTRUCTURED (CdS) THIN FILM
Main Article Content
Abstract
In this paper thin films of CdS dopped with Cu and Zn and that mixed with (10, 20%) has been prepared using the Chemical spray pyrolysis Technique deposited on 350ºC glass substrates, The optical properties of these films have been measured in the rang(300-900)nm/wavelength, We Transmittance , Absorpttance, Energy gap , and Absorption coefficient, have been calculated
